Welcome to StyleX (“we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://style-x.co.uk (“Website”) and all wholesale orders placed through it.

By accessing or using the Website, or by placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

Founded in 1976, StyleX supplies wholesale fashion accessories, specialising in the Punk, Rock, and Gothic markets.

3. Eligibility

StyleX is a business-to-business (B2B) supplier.
To register or order, you must:

  • Be a registered business, retailer, or reseller.

  • Provide accurate business information at registration.

  • Be 18 years or older.

We reserve the right to verify details and refuse registration or orders that do not meet our requirements.

4. Prices and Taxes

  • All prices quoted are effective from 1st NOVEMBER 2025  and may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the applicable UK rate.

  • EU customers who do not supply a valid VAT/tax number will be charged UK VAT (currently 20%).

  • All goods are subject to availability.

5. Orders & Payment Terms

  • All orders are supplied on a proforma basis only.

  • Credit facilities are not granted to any customers.

  • Orders will be processed once full payment has been received and cleared.

  • All goods remain the property of StyleX until full payment has been made, and title is not transferable before that time.

  • Prices and availability may change without notice.

  • If a pricing or product description error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the order.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit/debit card (foreign credit card payments incur a 1% charge, rounded to the nearest pound)

  • Cheques are not accepted.

Additional Charges

  • All foreign bank transfers will incur a £15.00 bank charge.

  • All export shipments incur an insurance charge of £3.00 per carton.

6. Shipping & Delivery

UK Shipments

  • Carriage is charged at £15.00 + VAT per carton for deliveries to the UK mainland.

  • Shipments to Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Man will be charged at the appropriate rate.

Export Shipments

  • Carriage charges are based on weight and size of the shipment.

  • Additional insurance of £3.00 per carton applies to all export shipments.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier.

  • StyleX is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.

  • Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery, though ownership remains with StyleX until full payment is received.

7. Returns, Refunds & Damages

  • An administrative charge of 15% will apply to all goods returned for refund other than faulty items.

  • Returns must be authorised by StyleX in advance.

  • Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 7 working days of receipt, with supporting photographic evidence.

  • Approved refunds or replacements will be processed once returned goods are received and inspected.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or unsold stock.

8. Product Information

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and images on our Website are accurate.
However:

  • Product colours may vary slightly due to different display settings.

  • All items are offered subject to availability and may be discontinued or substituted without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Website — including text, graphics, images, logos, and design — are the intellectual property of StyleX.
No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with its functionality or security.

  • Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) without Authorisation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that breaches these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • StyleX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the goods in question.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of this Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Website, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with that policy.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or order access if:

  • You breach these Terms, or

  • We reasonably believe your account is being misused.

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing info@style-x.co.uk.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be published on this page with the latest revision date shown above.
Continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
