Pricing

All prices quoted are effective from 1st NOVEMBER 2025 and may be subject to change without prior notice.
All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the appropriate UK rate.

EU Customers

All EU customers who do not supply a valid tax number will be charged UK tax (currently 20%).

Product Availability

All goods are subject to availability. StyleX reserves the right to amend product details or pricing without notice.

Returns & Refunds

  • An administrative charge of 15% will be applied on all returned goods for refund other than faulty items.

  • Claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made within 7 working days of receipt and supported with photographic evidence.

  • Returns must be pre-approved by StyleX before shipping back any items.

Payment Terms

  • Credit facilities are not granted to any customers.

  • All orders are supplied on a proforma basis only.

  • All goods remain the property of StyleX and title is not transferable until full payment has been received.

  • StyleX no longer accepts cheque payments.

Additional Payment Charges

  • Foreign bank transfers: incur a £15.00 bank charge.

  • Foreign credit card payments: incur a 1% charge, rounded to the nearest pound.

Shipping & Delivery

UK Shipments

  • Carriage is charged at the rate of £15 + VAT per carton for all deliveries to the UK mainland.

  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Man will be charged at the appropriate rate.

Export Shipments

  • Carriage charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the shipment.

  • All export shipments incur an additional insurance charge of £3.00 per carton.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and courier service.
